Why won't the MCX unit lower the radiator but the pump is running?
There are several reasons that this could be happening. The first thing that needs to
be checked is the impeller in the pump. Remove the hose holder from the back of the machine and there will be
a brass plate. Remove the screws from the brass plate and take the plate off. Inside is the impeller. Remove
the impeller and inspect for any damage. If the impeller is damaged replace with a new one (an extra impeller
is included with each new MCX unit) and make sure that the new one is coated with Vaseline before installing.
If the impeller is not damaged then coat it with Vaseline and reinstall. The other thing that could have happened
is that the pump lost its prime or air was sucked into the pump. If there is fluid in the Waste Tank do an Empty
Waste Tank for a few seconds to prime the pump and then try to do the lower radiator. If the above ideas did
not work please contact Tech Support.
